Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened or used items cannot be returned due to safety & hygiene reasons.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety, the following cannot be returned once opened:
Feeding items, bottles, nipples, pacifiers, breast-care items, baby care accessories, scales, potty items, bassinets, strollers, and car seats.
Gift cards and replacement orders are also non-returnable.
Refunds

Approved returns within 30 days are refunded to the original payment method.

If the return does not meet policy requirements, store credit may be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Take photos of the box and the product.

Email them to us immediately.

We will send a replacement or assist with a manufacturer warranty claim.
If you purchased Package Protection, you can file a quick claim for faster resolution.
